This bag enables the inspector to see the laptop through its clear interior window, which is exposed when the bag is unzipped. With its window facing up, the bag is sent through x-ray screening with the laptop still inside.
The x-ray image presented to the screener is the same as if the laptop were removed and placed in a bin. The inspector can instantly see the contents of the bag to confirm what the x-ray shows.
Holds all 15" and 15.4" laptops, as well as many 16" and slim 17" models. (Its interior is 16" x 11" x 1.5"; for reference, a 17" Macbook Pro measures 15.4" x 10.4" x 1".)
